Congratulations to Josh and Rebekah on the birth of their first child, a little boy.  Fraser William was born in Listowel on Tuesday, May 28, at 3:15 a.m.  He weighed 7 lbs. and 10 oz.  This is the fourth grandchild for Frank and Suzanne.
