Wingham Baptist Church is an independent church which adheres to the following statement of faith:
- The inerrancy of the Scriptures, verbally inspired in both the Old and New Testaments.
- The Deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His blood atonement, and His bodily resurrection.
- Salvation by faith in the finished work of Christ.
- Baptism by immersion upon profession of faith in Christ.
- The rapture of the saints and the premillennial return of Christ
- Heaven – the eternal abode of the saved.
- A literal hell – the final destination of the unrepentant.
